I noticed I hadn't received a text about my next free boost in a while. When I check the site it says I am zero packs away from my next boost, and when I text BOOST to 150, it says I am -9 packs away?! Can someone explain this? By the looks of it I am 3 weeks behind on the latest boost and am locked out of activating it.

@pogie You're going to have to call customer services to get this manually added to your account.

Thanks. Can you point me to the email address or free method of contacting customer services? The live chat is for pay monthly customers only, and it looks like the payg number costs 25p per minute, unless I've read it wrong?

@pogie Your reading it wrong it's 25p flat rate. So it only costs 25p, but point not out you shouldn't have to be calling as the boosts should be working.
