My daughter has a phone on my account but I cannot see it on my app and she can’t access it either as she is not shown as the bill payer.
this means I am unable to gift data as I should be. Has anyone else had this problem?

@Vernonnicky If your daughter has a contract on your account you can gift data by login to the EE app and then click the 3 lines on the top left of the screen then select family usage.
