I have a P30PRO and cannot access  any Facebook apps over 4g. 

Strangely I can receive notifications but when I try and view them .. nothing.

I have also noticed that when I try and log into them via their website an error message tells me I have to internet connection. 

This appears to be a known problem. I've tried all suggestions bar a factory reset. 


Where do I go for a fix?

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.
