Facebook Twitter and Instagram don't work on mobile data


Hi 

 

I've researched this everywhere and tried to change APN settings as suggested. 

 

Nothing is helping. 

Facebook Twitter Instagram don't work

YouTube runs fine.

Hi @JaspreetBamra 

 

Try logging into your MyEE app then - Settings - Content Lock - change this to off. Then restart your device.

It should now work.

APNs don't come into it. Don't change it.

 

Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

Hi

I contacted someone very helpful from the Technical support in EE called Connor.

He reset the content lock even though it was already off and refreshed the network on my end. Fixed the issue.
