I have never been able to use EE mobile data since getting an esim. I have to use my work o2 data plan constantly.
Is there a reason for this?

@ollie2019uk Take out the o2 sim and then go to Settings>General>Profile and delete any profile that is there.
Don’t worry if it says o2 this will comeback when you put the o2 sim in the device but before you do please test to see if you can use EE data. You might need to restart the device first.

Thank you for the feedback. It would appear that in a 3G area there is no mobile data, however when I get into a 4g area there is mobile data!

What is the device in question ?
If its an iphone compatible esim device, then you have to specify what line is used for what (note in ios 13 it wont matter as youll be able to imessage and use data on both at the same time)
Otherwise check your phone settings as it sounds like its defaulting to the primary sim.
