Why are you turning off data. This is not just on my phone it's my work colleague as well. Both our Bill's are up to date both have plenty data left. What is the reason behind this.

@BrendonH , I would suggest you speak to customer service to find out why this is happening, as it must be something that is occurring to you and there must be a reason for this and you will have to clear it up with them. I doubt anyone can give you or your works colleague an answer here.
