Ee recently completed work in my area according to their website and since then I've lost 4g on my mobile broadband device (I have. This as I cannot get broadband due to location!) and the 3G signal flits from a low 3G signal to 'No Service' which has made our internet virtually unusable

@Hipperson09 When the mast is switched back on it's not an instant working signal again, It can take awhile before the mast starts to output the full signal again.

I am sorry to read this post and hear of your frustration with your signal.
Have you popped your post code into our NETWORK STATUS CHECKER - Look up planned maintenance and known problems in your area. online tool?
When did you last speak to our Technical team?

Update on Report ID 1603897. We haven't found any problems in our network at Nr9 5lh. Hopefully the problem you reported was a one-off. If you've tried restarting your device and are still experiencing problems, please call us back on 150 As it's a mobile broadband box I cannot call from it. Very frustrated. Please help
