EE conact email needed - Data problem on my account

Hi

 

 

There is a problem with my account. It will not show how much data I have available, even though my billing month has just reset. I normally have 10Gb. It says there is a problem that EE are working on, but it has said this for 2 days now. The rest of my family's allowances appear to be showing just fine.

 

I am abroad (outside EU) so can not ring EE. Or is there a reephone number from abroad - middle east?? Is there a support email so I can contact someone, or an online chat with an advisor? Most companies have a chat service available, can't see anything on EE website.

Are you able to access the add-on status page? Does that show the correct allowances?
