Hi, Having just swapped to EE from T mobile on a Black Friday deal on 03/12/17, I see on myEE that my plan is showing the full amount per month instead of the £19.99/month deal. do EE automaticaly adjust the bill or do I need to be concerned, many thanks in advance.

Check under add ons in your app or online as it should show your loyalty /discounts.
It's a bit strange EE billing as it will show the full cost of the tariff, but not until you are billed and then the discounts are applied

Hi, Many thanks for your quick reply, I have looked in my add-ons and it just shows the full cost as £36.99/month, the EE black friday offer I went for was for £19.99/month.

Call CS on 150 tomorrow to just confirm your deal, then keep an eye on your first bill as I suspect the discounts will show.

Hi, I think the app shows the original price, but when you get your bill the discount comes off, that’s what happens on my account, hope this helps, but to make sure, I’d call the billing team on 150

Ok, I have spoken with CS and as you all suspected the discount will show on my first bill, they have also sent me the transcript as an email so I have it in writing, thank you all for the help, much appreciated 🙂
