EE 1024 message

Received a message from EE 1024 saying all my data had been used up.

I know this is incorrect and confirmed it by phone call.

But why is EE sending this wrong message?

Very annoying and time-wasting for me to check it out!

@Panther50  Just use THIS link on a cellular connection and it gives you your current data allowance.   Save the link as a bookmark for future use.

My question was why are EE sending me a message that is not true!
