Hi,

 

i have a Sim only data package with 60Gb of data.

 

just turned the start of the month and have noticed only 30 Gb of data is showing on my account. Where has the other 30 gone. Trying to contact EE is a nightmare. Anyone any ideas ?

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

are you on the 60GB 18 month sim only contract ?

 

if you are the plan is 30GB and it comes with two free data ons taking it up to 60GB unfortunately there isn't any account access here on the community if you contact 150 or 0800 317 720 from any other phone a advisor be happy to assist you.
