I upgraded my phone recently! It was due to come with 60gb of data which hadn’t happened I have email ee twice and it was due to be done today and it still hasn’t been sorted!

@Bethbradshaw95 if the 60GB Max plan was ment to come with your new device customer services have got the ability to change your plan with immediate affect.

@Bethbradshaw95 it could be that they have changed it to start from your next billing date if that is the case they can correct it so it starts straight away.

Did you get your tariff/device from EE direct or via a third party supplier?
