Data won't work

Hi,

   Just received my new Huawei 20 mate lite on contract but I can't use my data! I have been in touch with ee via online chat and I have been into a store. I had no photo of on me so they couldn't help anymore than the usual reset settings etc..

Is data activated on your phone? Does it say 4G or LTE at the top of your phone?

 

Can you make/receive calls?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Yes I have all that 4G come up but nothing...
