Data refresh

My contact has supposed to have refreshed today but I have not had my data. I had a add on of 1 GB for 7 days and it was has carried over to today and I have now used it and my monthly 2GB has not come through!

Have you tried restarting your phone?

 

What response do you get if you text AL to 150?
