Data not working right.

My data isn’t working on Facebook and snapchat. I’ve tried all the solutions from similar threads. Please help.

Thanks for coming to the community.

 

Could you try changing your content lock settings to strict, then removing it again in your My EE Account?

 

If you've already tried this, I'd recommend contacting our Tech Care team.
