Data not working outside of London

Hi I just bought a UK sim card while I'm in London for a few months. Whenever I've left the city, just around England so far, none of my data works. I bought the 10GB pack and still have over 9GB left, so I have a ton of data left. My roaming is on, so any idea why it isn't working??

You don't need roaming ON to use an EE SIM in UK, but that shouldn't affect using data in UK.
