Data not working on Xperia XZ

I am on a shared data plan and I cannot use the data that I have been gifted and it has all gone through but it says I have no connection at all when I try to use it. I am going to Greece tomorrow and I want to be able to use my data.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Yes I've tried it multiple times.

 This is an issue which has been happening for months now
