Data not reflecting what I signed up to

Hi,

I have just joined on a 60GB plan however the data that is showing against my account is only 30GB.  This is the case on the App, Web and bill that I have just received.

Please can someone amend it to the 60GB that I signed up for?

Welcome to the community.

 

If you look at your My EE Account under Plan and Add-Ons, does it show a 30GB add-on anywhere to make it up to 60GB?

Hi Jon,

the landing page of the MyEE app is showing "29.0GB left of 30.0GB" in the data blue circle with "Your allowances reset on 27th April (26 days left)" so virtually a full month.

 

If I then go in to the "plan & add-ons" section then my plan shows as 60GB NOW but didn't earlier.  There are no add-ons that would take the 30GB to 60GB.

 

Just an inconsistency in the App now I think.
