Data no working

My account says I have 500mb left however when I try to use my data it doesn't work

Thanks for coming back to us @Shahin533

 

On the iPhone can you try a network reset,

 

Go into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

Then try and connect to Safari and let me know what happens 🙂

Tried that already it made no difference even tried reseting all my settings. I think the problem is with my sim not my phone

My data was supposed to refresh on monday and thats when i realised i cant use my data

Hi,

Are you able to try your sim any other unlock Phone? And also try to Update your carrier settings on your iPhone.

I have tried that it doesnt work aswell. If i top up and get a new data pack and i still have the problem will i be able to get a refund on my money

Before doing this, give our customer service team a call on either 150 or 07953 966 250 from another line.

 

They can look at the account and let you know what is needed to fix this.
