Data issue

I received a data usage txt alert today saying I have used all my data and it will renew in a month on 5/4. I get 20gb of data and it should have renewed today on 5/3. I definitely have not used it all in 1 day! Can you help please?

Re: Data issue

Hello @Paddy810 sorry to hear you are having problems with your data allowance. Try restarting your phone then checking to see if it has refreshed by texting the code AL to 150 or using this link from your phones data (not WiFi) connection:

http://add-on.ee.co.uk

If your data allowance has still not refreshed after the above or you think there is an error then please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) who can access the account and look into this for you. If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link. :):
