Data has gone missing on my flex plan since EE update yesterday?

When I checked the EE app yesterday I had over 7GB of Data laft on my Flex plan. Now this morning on checking again, i'm down to 2.9GB? And I haven't gone mad downloading loads of 4k films in the last 24 hours!!

I'm assuming it's something to do with the 3 months double data offer that I got when I signed up to my flex plan, but this is just the end of the 1st month. Has anyone any ideas?

Have you checked in your phone's settings to see how much data you have used?

 

Have you received any software updates?

I haven’t had any software updates. I did try to check my data yesterday afternoon on the EE app and it said that myEE was being updated. I certainly haven’t used that much data in one evening. My phone was on WiFi at home. And even if it wasn’t I haven not downloaded anything large or streamed anything.
