Data gifting Error

Hi,

 

Trying to gift data between two accounts. HAs worked previously, now presents an error message.

 

Have tried both online and on app. Any tips?

Are you both under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG? You need to be to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

What error message shows when you try and gift data?

 

Do you have more than 500MB of data remaining?
