Data allowance

Hi I have 6GB of mobile data on my plan but I got to 4.9 GB and it said I had reached my limit any ideas?

Did the message say you had reached your limit, or you were close to reaching your limit?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
