A few weeks ago I changed my plan from 2GB to 8GB of data a month but the my EE app and website still show just a 2GB data allowance. When I text 'balance' to 150 it shows just a 2GB allowance too.

It might only take place on your bill date.

Yes, the plan is showing in in My EE, it reads: "4GEE 8GB £37.99"
My contract started on 22/06 and my billing date is the 20th of each month so I've already paid the first bill of the new plan.
