Data add on

Hi, I've got around 200mb left and I've just moved so I don't have any wifi atm. 

My plan will renew on the 15th and I was wondering something. If I buy the 10gb data add on, which lasts 30 days, is it going to last for actually 30 days from now or will it expire on the 15th? The conditions are not very clear, sorry. 

And also, is there a way I can upgrade my plan before it finishes to add more data?

The 10 GB Add-on is not 30 day but lasts till billing date when your normal allowance restarts.

Hello @Lindamaionese if it is a PAYG add on it will last for up to 30days. If it is a pay monthly add on it will expire on your next billing date or when used up. 🙂

Yeah but my billing date is the 15th, I don't believe I will use 10gb in more than a week but I was wondering if they will stay until I run out or just disappear on the 15th. It's a monthly plan.

Hello @Lindamaionese yes it would expire on your next billing date (15th) whether the data had all been used up or not being a pay monthly add on. 🙂

Sorry @Lindamaionese it is due to a system limitation and cannot be changed. 

 

Hopefully the 1gb add on will see you through in the meantime. Using WiFi and turning off features such as WiFi assist, background refreshing for apps and turning off mobile data when not needed will help conserve data. 🙂
