Data Not Working

The data on my Samsung Galaxy S8 is not working.

@chelsea23  You you used up your data allowance?  Is cellular data switch switched on ?  Have you allowed the apps to use cellular data?

Hi @James_B,

 

No, I cannot make calls or texts either.  When I call a number it say's that I have reached my credit limited though I just bought a pay monthly phone 2 days ago and I have 15GB and unlimited calls and texts.

 

Yes, I have restarted my phone mutliple times.
