Data Boost - which one?

My mobile phone is showing that I can get 10GB or 20GB Data Boost Free, but when I click on either option I get the message 'this purchase hasn't gone through'.  'You haven't been charged.'  Am I being misled?  Is this really free?

I can also see these free data boosts.. but I think you’ll need to have another service with EE, such as home broadband.

 

Do do you have fibre or standard home broadband with EE?

Yes, our home Broadband is also with EE.

If you have taken out a pay monthly phone plan and one of our Fibre Max broadband plans, 20GB data boost will be added to your account within 30 days.
