Data Addon More Expensive

I have a prepaid card on my iPad and initially topped up and bought a 2GB data addon for £7. This has run out and the only option shown for purchase a new addon in myee is 10GB for £44?

How does one become eligible for the £7 for 2GB rate again as shown here?

Re: Data Addon More Expensive

Turns out the list of data add-on packages offered through the EE iOS app is incorrect for some reason.

When navigating to http://add-on.ee.co.uk using a mobile data connection the full list of data add-ons as expected are displayed.

It’d be great if this could be fixed (or at least a notice added for the next unsuspecting customer)

Re: Data Addon More Expensive

One becomes eligible by doing exactly what it states.

Order a new sim from that page for your mobile broadband.

You misunderstand.

I did obtain the SIM card. I also topped up to get 2GB for £7.

That data has now run out. The only available top up being shown in addon.ee.co.uk is one for £44.

So beyond ordering a new SIM card every time my data runs out, how do I get the 2GB for £7 tariff again?

Hi @user42.

Have you tried logging in to your My EE account to view the available add-ons?

Re: Data Addon More Expensive

10 GB over 30 days for £44 seems wrong. You can see the available data SIM add-ons in Pay as you go terms and price guides for 4GEE WiFi, data SIM, tablet and 4GEE Home . Have you tried going to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase when not connected to WiFi?

@Katie_B: The add-ons you refer to are only for PAYG phone SIMs.
