I currently have a FlexiPlan with about 5Gb of data remaining.
Now I receive a message from EE telling me I need a data plan to use data on my phone. I already have one on my FlexiPlan so why should I purchase another. Seems to me like maximising revenue at the expense of the user.
Only been with EE for just less than a month and already a very disgruntled bunny so thinking it is time to leave.
