DATA ALLOWANCE

I currently have a FlexiPlan with about 5Gb of data remaining.

Now I receive a message from EE telling me I need a data plan to use data on my phone.  I already have one on my FlexiPlan so why should I purchase another.  Seems to me like maximising revenue at the expense of the user.

Only been with EE for just less than a month and already a very disgruntled bunny so thinking it is time to leave.

Re: DATA ALLOWANCE

@Myke19   If you don’t need more data no one is forcing you to purchase more data.

Re: DATA ALLOWANCE

What exactly does texting AL to 150 report?

Welcome to the community.

Have you used all your data allowance on your Flex plan?

You can check this by texting BALANCE to 150?
