Coverage - SO15

Terrible service from EE,  no coverage in Southampton for a few days. Cannot even send a text, would not mind if i at least got an email or sms from EE.

 

Would expect to be refunded for pack data and calls i am unable to use.

@ericmcn  If it's been a few days your the first to come here and say something about it that I know of.   And if you have no signal how do you expect EE to text you that there is an issue.   

 

Have you tried your SIM card in another device or a different SIM card in your device?

 

have you tried cleaning your SIM card ?  

 

Have you look at THIS.  

 

 

What device are you using?

Dont spoof me utter drivel, cleaning sim cards is a famous fix going
back to the days of three it seems. FWIW, I have 3.5G coverage, cannot
sms, 4g coverage does not work at all. Actually i did remove the sim
card (and clean it!) but its nothing to do with the sim and everything
to do with EE.

I have better things to be doing than chasing up EE with this, so I
will politely drop into West Quay tomorrow and ask them to fix this
for once and all or else just refund me my £15 they have taken from my
most recent pack and just leave them.

@ericmcn  Don't come here asking for help and when that help is given have ago back,      

 

What ever you do good luck as I will not try or even offer any advice to you. I don't work for EE and this is not customer services.

Can anyone from EE actually confirm that yes we actualy have problems in Southampton and we apologise about this and are working on it? or just ignore everything, which makes it easier for me to just move my business elsewhere.

An EE forum is usless without actual EE people being on board, you dont work for EE so your feedback is useless to me.
