Code LHR10 not working

I bought a SIM card from the airport yesterday with an offer of 10gb of data for £20. I texted the code LHR10 but it says it’s not available. The data is the only reason I purchased this SIM card! Please help

Once the initial data on the SIM has been used the 10GB should start within 24hrs, if this does not happen please let us know.

Hi lee could you help me out on this? My ee 500mb plan finished today this morning at 9am but the 10gb has not yet kicked in. Thanks
