Change Sim Only plan

Just a quick question, I’ve taken a sim only 30GB package, my sim arrived Wednesday, today my number has been ported over, I get this package for £20pm as I get corporate discount (I think that’s what it’s called) 

Now today looking at Sim only packages I see the plan I’ve taken has now been increased to 40GB 😳 for the same price! 

 

Is there a way to swap to this one? Still keeping my discount that I have without having to cancel the one I have and take out a new sim only package? 

 

Id have to port my number etc doing it that way!

@a_ukboy  Call customer services explain what’s happening and if you get lucky and the CS agent is willing they might just sort this for you so you don’t have to cancel and take out the other tariff.  They did this with me and the tariff I wanted started the following month.

@a_ukboy  Tell the CS agent that your willing to cancel if needed but can they help sort something so you don’t have too.

Haven’t actually got round to calling them yet.. lol

 

What time are they open too? Was thinking of trying them via online chat.. 😬

@a_ukboy  CS are open till 8pm,  I’ll call if it was me as you can explain yourself better over the phone then in text form.

No problem at all.

 

Our customer service team are open 8am - 9pm (Mon to Fri) and 8am - 8pm (Sat & Sun)

So I used online chat, they advised me I had to port my number to pay as you go, take the new offer, cancel my current one etc..

 

Called CS for my pac, they asked why so I explained, they changed it for me on the call, big 👍🏻 great service from them..

 

Infact I now get 40GB for £19.40pm, I don’t know quite how, but I won’t complain! Lol

I cant see the corporate discount in my add on’s, it was there before!

@a_ukboy  It’s always worth explaining why as there are some CS agents who see it from your side and are really helpful.  And you got a great deal at the same time.
