Carphone warehouse return

I purchased a phone with your selfs through EE to then discover that I get no signal whilst at home, tried to return within 14 days and car phone said I couldn't do that, only exchange to a different network. Having tried that no other network would accept me due to credit. How do I stand regarding returning a ee phone with car phone warehouse?

Carphone Warehouse are a third party supplier and they supply their own handsets. Any contract you have is with them and not EE.


EE are just the carrier.



To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
