MyEE app isn't working on my unlocked, unrooted Xiaomi Max 3, nor can I contact EE via a Web browser.

If you're getting a "Sorry" & "Done" msg on an ordinary web link it's coming from your phone. There's something wrong with it or you're not connected to the Net. What's it saying "Sorry" for?

All attempts at using the EE app and via the website are a complete waste of time My 2 sims are Pay Monthly data-only so I need to keep an eye on my usage. The Eriksson / O2 outage seems not to be the problem . Any ideas, anyone? How about EE's tech team getting in touch?
