Cannot access social media on 4g

Hi I have a full 4g signal but I am unable to access social media apps when not on wifi. Is there a solution please? I have tried airplane mode and restarting and resetting network but hasn't made a difference. All software updates have been completed. I have an S9 phone. This has only happened in last couple of weeks. thanks

@Cath30 : Could be your Switching Content Lock OFF or ON . It is switched on on new & upgraded contracts & seems to affect social sites. If just switching it OFF doesn't help, try switching it to STRICT, reboot your device and then switching it to OFF. That is seeming to do the trick.

@Cath30  log into your online EE account and turn content lock to strict then restart the device then turn content lock back off and you should be okay
