Can't access websites via EE 4G

Our customers in the UK are having issues with access to ours sites https://ce.cqg.com/api/iosnative/ReportFeedback https://api.cqg.com and https://aserv.cqgone.com via the EE 4G mobile network.
(these sites are not webpages and used for websocket access )

These sites can be reached fine via Wi-Fi on our customer's devices but not via EE's 4G network. It works fine on Vodafone and other providers. Content Lock is disabled on our devices and all other sites load fine.

These sites is not IPv6

We've double check everything and cannot find any errors so the fault appears to lie with the EE network.

This issue looks very similar to described in

https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/4G-and-mobile-data/Can-t-access-a-single-website-via-EE-4G/td-p/783298

Can anybody from EE support help us in the same way?

Re: Can't access websites via EE 4G

@deniskon   Can you make these sites IPV6 compatible as that is the newest standard.

Unfortunately EE network does fall back very will to iPV4 so it would be better to update to IPV6.

No, we are not using  IPv6  in our network (no IPv6, no AAAA records in DNS for these sites)

@deniskon   And that’s going to be the quickest and best solution, update the sites to IPV6.
