How do I get rid of browser restrictions?

@Josh9morgan  to remove content lock you need to go to the store with ID to prove you’re over 18 or you can call customer services and pay a refundable token via credit or debit card.

Are you with us on pay as you go or pay monthly?


If pay monthly, does content lock show as active in your My EE account.


Log into your My EE online > Menu > Manage Device > Data Content Controls.


Can you set this to off?
