Re: Bought a pack which is effective 28th Jan.. neee to change pack

Hello @Davidpark you can text the code NOW to 150 to start the new pack you have purchased straight away.

If you have purchased the wrong pack or you have changed your mind and and want it removing/refunding so you can choose another pack please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other (lines open at 8am) who can access the account and look into this for you. 🙂

Then text the code for the pack you want to 150. It'll start when you use up all your allowances from your current pack & replace the pending pack.
