Bought £15 data pack along side a sim, not received my credit

In the envelope I got there was a £15 top up leaflet which read "Your £15 top up will be added to your account within two days", it has been over 2 days and I've yet to receive it.

Hello @Eason sorry to hear you are still waiting for your credit. Try restarting your phone then texting the code AL to 150 to see if the credit or £15 data pack is on the account. You can also check your credit and the status of any packs on your accounts using this link from your phones data (not WiFi) connection:

http://add-on.ee.co.uk

If the credit or pack still does not show please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from abut other who can access the account and look into this for you. 🙂
