Birmingham B1 data running at 0.8Mb/s

According to the status checker, there are no problems in this area, but several speed checks are showing 4G data download speeds under 1Mb/s.

 

EE please investigate.

Have you got a more accurate location ie Full postcode and I'll look up later?

There's a site NE of you on 'The Big Peg' which is Band 3+7+7 although you are roughly between its sectors and B7 will be outdoor only at the given postcode. One of the sites SW looks to only have B3 at the moment but antennas suggest an upgrade is in plan.

Thanks, although it's not a location issue generally. I'm used to seeing 70Mb/s download and 40 Mb/s upload.

 

It's now at 11Mb/s download, so better but still not running at it's usual fast speed.
