Hi my bill was due today and I have already paid it this morning, but I have only 800mb out of the 10gb I was suppose to have . What's going on? I'm paying £42 a month for my plan and I'm only receiving a small amount of dafa aafter I pay a bil.

@Kennethg97 Is it your bill date today or your payment date ? Your account will reset on your payment date not the bill date.
Text BILL to 150

@Chris_B it's actually the bill date, not the payment date, that the allowances refresh (I think that's what you meant).
You're absolutely correct that texting BILL to 150 will clarify the date your next bill will be produced.
@Kennethg97, if you text AL to 150, it will tell you your current allowance and the data that it resets.
