BT Sport won’t log me in

I can’t access my BT Sport app after my upgrade even though my contract shows I have it, I’ve tried my previous log in details and no luck, can you help me out?

@Headers87  Have you text SPORT to 150 again?  You might have it on your account but it needs to be activated.

Yeah then says I have to call EE on a mobile number, as they can’t do it that way, rather annoying when the footy has kicked off already
