Re: Apple music data

@Rumney125 any app that uses data will have data logged against it on the device, You will not be using your data allowance when using Apple Music although the app itself will show that it has used data.  Your device is just counting all the used data it doesn’t know you get Apple Music streaming for nothing.

Re: Apple music data

It's not just the data on my device, my ee app also shows the data has been hammered?

Hi @Rumney125

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

As the add-on is showing in your My EE account, it means that the streaming of Apple Music will not be deducted from your data allowance.

As @Chris_B stated above, the device counters will still show usage.

Is it possible that it is something else that you have been using recently is using your data?

What is the make and model of the device are you using?

Chris
