One of my co-workers cannot ring my mobile, we're both on EE but he gets a cannot connect your call whenever he tries to phone me.
Have checked my phone to see if he's blocked and he is not, but even if he was he doesnt even hit my voice mail so unsure whats happening.
Everyone else can seamingly ring me fine, just not him.

Have you recently ported your number to EE?
This can happen mid way through the port and normally sorts itself out after a couple of hours
