I have just completed my annual upgrade, I’ve kept the same plan 100gb max but On the app my annual upgrade has disappeared? Why? On the phone EE said the plans have slightly changed but never said anything about the annual upgrade going. In fact I was asked did I want it and I said yes. Worried as the upgrade process was redicilous having being charged twice and the order not going through!
