I have a 1GB data plan for my contract and hardly ever use data outside of home. Today for some reason my data limit was reached, the reason being that Android OS decided to use 0.95 GB of data in one day - meaning that i cant use ANY data for a whole month. Is this a bug???? Does the latest update have anything to do with it???

When didnit update? Did you do that today? If so did it update via mobile network?

I updated the phone this afternoon after getting home , but my phone had stated that the data ran out at midday. I've tried powering off and on the phone again but its insistant that my 1GB data has been used up 😞 Not happy.

But did the update download earlier in the day or sid it download when you pressed update.
It can download the update and install at a later time.

My settings have been set to download on wifi since I got it so I'm not sure if that would be the reason.

I've checked my data settings via my phone , and its saying that 0.95 GB was used up by Android OS, got a text that my data was all used up. I'll give them a call at lunch , really hope it gets sorted as I've spent £34 this month for no data xD
