It could be due to the level of content lock you have on your account.
To remove content lock you can text STRICT or MODERATE to 879.
You can also manage this in your My EE account > Menu > Manage device, choose the Content Lock level you want - Off will give you full access to the internet with no filter including to 18-rated content.
