Adding a data pack.

Hi there,

I purchased a new 5 Gig data pack yesterday as i ran out of my previous pack which finishes on the 21st.

For some reason i am not able to access the data on this new pack?

Why is this the case?

I tried calling the helpline but couldn’t get through to anyone. Iwould have gone with a different company if i knew i wouldn’t be able to get the data for 2 more days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Re: Adding a data pack.

It will be stacked awaiting the exhaustion of the current pack. Text NOW to 150 to force it to start early.

This is fantastic advice from @XRaySpeX, did texting NOW to 150 start your pack again?
