Accurate data usage

With my plan I get 5gb of data, resetting on the 11th of every month.

According to the EE app I still have 4.4gb of data left until the 11th.

However according to my phone I have used 3.42gb of data so far.

Does anyone know why there is such a big difference and how do I get an accurate usage total?

Some time in app you get wrong data usege information try to restart your phone and check again.

also you can check this at this link add-on.ee.co.uk or texting al to 150

Thanks for the reply.

I have restarted my phone but there is no change in what the app or the phone is telling me I have used.

I also texted AL to 150 and that says I have 4.4gb remaining

it might be some glitech with your account try after few hours it will be fine

If you tap on this link http://add-on.ee.co.uk/

 

This will show you how much data you have left.

 

You will need to turn off WiFi if you are connected first 🙂

@Andrew3113   Your device is not going to be accurate and I would never go with what my device tells me.
