Hi i would like some help as 20GB has been added to my account as recurring data which i did not ask for.  Can you please help me with that ? I do not want nor need 20GB. I wished to buy 10GB but I received a message saying monthly add on of 20GB has been added i do not have time to be stuck on the answer machine on the phone. I have done it before with no issues so I don’t understand why this happened ? If not possible to fix then my contract is finishing on 1/09 and I will just cancel the whole contract be ause it’s a lot of stress to be stuck on answer machine when you are busy and have other things to do. I would appreciate if there is an alternative to solving this problem please let me know. Thank you in advance

@Paulina0211 : To stop it at end of billing period text STOP 20GB ADD-ON to 150.

@Paulina0211   The only way a re-occurring data add-on to be added to your account was if you want to do this yourself,  to get this removed you’ll need to call customer services as this is just a public forum that has no access to your account.
